I would like to let everyone know how happy we are with the services of AmerTex. We had a major remodel done on our Master bathroom. Additionally, we had our whole home painted, and changed out all door handles and light fixtures in the entire house. I should begin by telling you that we lived in another state during the remodel of our home, so our home was totally in the hands of AmerTex. I gave Steve a key to my home and he came in and out as needed. Throughout the process, I was confident and comfortable that they were treating my home like their own. Steve called me daily with questions and sent lots of texts and photo’s to me. He would also offer suggestions and was spot on each time with what I had in mind and even great new ideas. Because we were in different states during the remodel, there were several occasions when Steve and Mike were at a Lowe’s in Texas while I was at a Lowe’s in Virginia and we looked at the same products at the same time so we could make decision together. When I would come in town for visits, Steve and I would go out to different stores and look at products together so he would have an idea of what I liked. I always felt that Mike and Steve were trying to find products that were the best price without compromising quality. As for the final product, my bathroom looks like a picture in a magazine. They put in little extras and laid my tile out beautifully. The home painting was great and all the wallpaper was removed, textured and painted perfectly. Little extras were done such as putting in new door stoppers that would match my door handles and lights. I had not even thought about that. One thing I should mention because I appreciated it so much, was that Steve answered his cell phone every time I called him. I rarely received his voicemail. That was important to me because it could have been very frustrating to play phone tag during such an important decision making time. In fact, Steve always made me feel like he was happy to get my call and kept me calm when I got stressed. I should also close by telling you that we have some other projects that need done in the future and AmerTex will definitely be the company we call.
